Vegetables with Vinaigrette

  • 230 g zucchini, cut into 1.3 cm slices
  • 230 g small yellow squash, cut into 1.3 cm slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 2.5 cm pieces
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) Italian dressing

Place vegetables in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam 5 minutes or until almost tender. Transfer to a serving bowl, add dressing and toss.
